Drone Free Horsham Protest
2013.04.29 08:19:51

With the announcement that a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (drone) command center will open at the Horsham Air Guard Base (located in Montgomery county, Pennsylvania) in October local activists from all parts of the political spectrum came together and swung into action. On April 27, 2013 about one hundred protesters marched to the base's main gate and held a rally they called Drone Free Horsham.

Fedstock II (video)
2011.04.29 21:35:16

Once again Philadelphia raised the bar for an End the Fed rally with Fedstock II. Jordan Page played his great music. Yours truly was the first speaker followed by a great line up, Scott Davis, Ernest Hancock, and Adam Kokesh. A big thanks to Mike Salvi, Rob Pepe, the sponsors, and everyone else that worked hard to make Fedstock happen.

Supporting The Troops Or Supporting Israel?
2010.10.24 22:42:39

What looked like it would be just another Saturday protesting the war in West Chester, PA turned up something different this time. The alleged American patriots, who are always across the street from our peace vigil, had another country's flag with them, namely Israel's:

Raising Eyebrows at a Peace Rally
2010.10.22 02:47:04

"Why are you wearing that flag here?", a confused young man asked about my choice of capes last Saturday at the peace rally in Philadelphia. Since the crowd was basically left, lefter, and far left they seemed only to associate the Gadsden flag with neocon TEA Partiers. So why was this antiwar libertarian wearing it?

The Gadsden flag represents the will to resist tyranny. "Don’t Tread on Me" is about standing up for human rights, not going around the world trampling them. When the Founders raised that flag they did it fighting the mightiest empire of their era. Today, we raise it resisting the American empire, the mightiest in all history. Those who would raise the Gadsden flag while advocating aggressive wars overseas dishonor the memory of the Founders. It’s past time for freedom lovers to reclaim this symbol of liberty!

The fact that the Gadsden flag is mostly in the colors of Agorism, yellow and black, only adds to its the appeal.

Philadelphia Libertarians and Socialists Protest the FBI's Raids on Antiwar Activists (video)
2010.09.29 20:25:38

In the face of the government's attempts to silence antiwar activism, libertarians and socialists came together to protest. The object of their outrage was the series of raids conducted by the FBI on antiwar activists in Minnesota, Chicago, Michigan, and North Carolina; and the issuance of subpoenas to appear before a grand jury to many of the same. While the government claims that the raids are seeking evidence of material support of terrorism, the peace activists insist that it is a fishing expedition intended to harass. Below is video of the Philadelphia protest that took place on September 28, 2010:
