Toby Cadman is an international lawyer bases at 9 Bedford Row International in London and the International Criminal Law Bureau in The Hague. He is a partner at Omnia Strategy, an international law firm based in London and Washington DC and he is the founder of the TMC Advisory Group. He is an established criminal law specialist in the areas of war crimes, terrorism, extradition, prison law, mutual assistance and human rights law. Lectures extensively on international humanitarian law, criminal procedure and human rights law and has provided extensive advice and training to judges, prosecutors and defence lawyers throughout the Balkans, Middle East and Southeast Asia. He serves on a number of Boards including the Syrian Commission for Justice and Accountability.
