Decent people world-wide don’t have to be told that “thou shalt not kill” and “thou shalt not kill infants, children, mothers or women”. Those violating these immemorial injunctions – whether Racist Religious Right Republican (R4) Bush-ites, Racist Zionists (RZs) or US Alliance Coalition or NATO country Bush-ites - are Nazi-style barbarians. However this is what US Federal Law have to say about Americans violating International war crimes laws , (a) Offense.— Whoever, whether inside or outside the United States, commits a war crime, in any of the circumstances described in subsection (b), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both, and if death results to the victim, shall also be subject to the penalty of death. (b) Circumstances.— The circumstances referred to in subsection (a) are that the person committing such war crime or the victim of such war crime is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or a national of the United States (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act). (c) Definition.— As used in this section the term “war crime” means any conduct— (1) defined as a grave breach in any of the international conventions signed at Geneva 12 August 1949, or any protocol to such convention to which the United States is a party; (2) prohibited by Article 23, 25, 27, or 28 of the Annex to the Hague Convention IV, Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, signed 18 October 1907; (3) which constitutes a violation of common Article 3 of the international conventions signed at Geneva, 12 August 1949, or any protocol to such convention to which the United States is a party and which deals with non-international armed conflict; or (4) of a person who, in relation to an armed conflict and contrary to the provisions of the Protocol on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby-Traps and Other Devices as amended at Geneva on 3 May 1996 (Protocol II as amended on 3 May 1996), when the United States is a party to such Protocol, willfully kills or causes serious injury to civilians. Conclusion: America and its Coalition and NATO allies (Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, UK and Japan) are deeply involved in post-invasion deaths of 145,000 Afghan women perinatally, 1.4 million Afghan females in total and 2.0 million under-5 year old Afghan infants – deaths that have largely occurred through deliberate, sustained Occupier violation of the Geneva Conventions that demand that the Occupier provides life-sustaining requisites to its Conquered subjects and indeed provides “Children under fifteen years, pregnant women and mothers of children under seven years” with the SAME requisites provided to their own citizens. The US and its Allies are clearly involved in horrendous, racist mass murder of Afghan women and children. Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity. Decent people around the world are inescapably obliged (a) to inform others about these ongoing atrocities and (b) to act ethically in all their personal and business dealings with those responsible e.g. by personal and collective intra-national and inter-national Sanctions and Boycotts applied to those complicit in this unthinkable, on-going, horrendous Mass Avoidable Mortality (MAD), this mass murder of utterly defenceless women and children. Please do your bit to oppose the Bush-ite War on Women and Children that is, more specifically, a racist War on Asian Women and Children, a War on Arab Women and Children and a War on Muslim Women and Children – please forward this article to everyone you know, to your media, clergy, social and political organizations, women’s organizations and to political representatives.
