Letters To The Editors | Print |  E-mail
By MWC NEWS
Greetings from Düsseldorf! Good evening,

I was unaware of your site, and was just directed to it by a post on an MSN board. I just wanted to pay you a quick compliment on it, and the coherent articles that I have so far read. As the son of one of Washington's most distinguished print journalists (now deceased), I appreciate lucid commentary as opposed to sycophantic praise for that which is no more deserving of praise than an executioner is of a "pro-life" award.

I also saw you had a humor section. There is a musical project underfoot in the States that sort of combines the principles of Allan Sherman with the bite of Al Franken. If you  wish, I can have copies sent to you when it is completed. Just listening to them will probably  land the guilty music afficcionado on a no-fly list, but so be it.

In any case, my compliments on your site. You have a new fan.

Best regards,

Marc Emory
