MEDIA and Leakgate

Are you for real?  The mainstream media is part of the problem and had absolutely nothing to do about bringing this scandal to justice.  You and your buddies cheerleaded this foolsih war from the beginning.  As one of the handful of people in this country who saw this bogus war for what it was back in early 2003, I can count on one hand the number of people who were actively opposed to it. There were even fewer opposed to it in the press. Don't attempt to crawl on the bandwagon now.  The phony Niger uranium documents were known to be phony long before the war commenced. Yet no one in the press stirred.   The people, the only people, who have been in on this from the beginning and fighting it have been on the internet, some to very great personal risk.  All of them have been branded by the likes of you as carnies and extremists.  they are the ones who provided the documentation to Fitzgerald.  They have brought these phonies down.  They did what you and your colleagues would not do -- tell the truth.  I lived through Watergate.  There has been no 'investigative' reporting by the print or electronic media until a week ago and now you all think the public is stupid.  And you are still twelve months behind.  I bet you were at that ASJ award banquet last week honoring Judy Miller for her fraud.  Why haven't you asked the Pulitzer prize people to take their award back from her?  She got her job by politics, she got her Pulitzer by politics.  And she was the last person to speak to David Kelly.  You might do a search on Kelly, to see who he was.  He was the world's foremost atomic weapons specialist [an asset of MI6] who was suicided.  Of course, we all know how the mainstream media covered that!.

My parents were journalists.  They, like Fitzgerald, knew the meaning of integrity.  It's time you think about getting some for yourself.  How dare you claim to be 'prescient', to be part of the wonderful mainstream media, that did their job and brought this scandal to light.  LIAR.
