A Must Read if MWC News Magazine, and Its Continuance,
Has Positive Meaning for You

Dear Readers and Activists (in deed and/or at heart):

We started this publication four years ago with a very ambitious agenda, and a smaller than small pocketbook.  Activism – a world-wide call to arms on all fronts that advocates peace, social justice and brotherhood – appeals to the pure at heart, the idealists… those of us who are usually poorer than poor.

Although we have met and exceeded our goals in both the continued upgrading of the magazine and the numbers in readership, the solidarity in purpose from our readers has not translated into sufficient voluntary donations to defray even half of our costs… and our personal funds have been slowly depleted where there are no more to be had… and must now plead from you… send an S.O.S.

We are initiating an Annual Fundraising Appeal to be conducted during this year.  Our goal this first year is for $25,000 which, given the number of readers that we believe consistently visit our site, should not represent a major economic sacrifice as we ask $35 from each contributor on annual basis.  Of course, if you can sponsor our activism – yours and ours – with a larger sum, so as to help us raise the bar on the magazine, so much the better!  

Editors, columnists and the staff help bring you this magazine without any compensation, only the common ideals for a better world and the challenge of much-lacking political transparency throughout the world.  But we need you to help us so that your voice and our voice become one voice through MWC News Magazine, your “media with conscience” and source of news… some news and commentary that you seldom come across in the mainstream corporate media.
