AT LONG LAST a major mainstream media organization is reporting a devastating "non-spin" analysis of 9/11 that departs from the "official" version and comes in this instance from a highly conservative source - Professor Morgan Reynolds, a distinguished, "Establishment" emeritus professor at Texas A&M who was chief economist in the Department of Labor under George W. Bush and who also served as director of the Criminal Justice Center at the National Center for Policy Analysis in Dallas, Texas. The United Press International (UPI) report about Professor Reynolds' analysis is published in The Washington Times (13 June 2005) [1]. Professor Morgan Reynolds' devastating analysis follows similarly extremely disturbing analyses of 9/11 by Professor David Griffin [3]. Both professors have reacted to extraordinary US Administration deviousness and distortions and mainstream media "spin" and non-reporting over the 9/11 tragedy - by putting forward alternative hypotheses for what might have actually happened. The US mainstream media and those responsible for the security of US citizens will simply not report properly to the US people over critical matters affecting public security and related public policy. Thus from official US and Israeli sources one can calculate that the total number of Western civilians killed by jihadists and Arab insurgents over the last 20 years has been about 5,000 (with most of the victims having been murdered in Israel/Palestine or on 9/11 and the remainder via atrocities such as Lockerbie, Madrid and Bali). However this aggregate figure would probably surprise most consumers of mainstream media "spin". Similarly, most Anglo-Americans would be utterly unaware of the actual human cost of the "War on Terror" because mainstream media simply will not report responsible estimates of what turns out to be an horrendous death toll. Thus the latest UN demographic data (2005) [4] show that grossly insufficient provision of life-preserving requisites by the Occupying Coalition has been associated with a post-invasion under-5 infant mortality of about 0.3 million in Iraq and 1.2 million in Afghanistan - 1.5 million in total, 0.4 million per year and over 1,000 avoidable, under 5 year old infant deaths EVERY DAY [5]. The post-invasion avoidable mortality (excess mortality) in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories now totals about 1.9 million [6]. Anglo-American and Australian mainstream media knowingly and resolutely IGNORE this horrendous and continuing avoidable mortality that now has to be described as passive genocide. Holocaust denial is utterly repugnant - whether it is denial of the World War 2 Jewish Holocaust (6 million victims), the horrendous but "forgotten" man-made Bengal Famine in World War 2 British-ruled India (4 million Hindu and Muslim victims) or of continuing First World-complicit avoidable mass mortality in the substantially Muslim non-European World (total post-1950 avoidable mortality now 1.2 billion including a Muslim world "Muslim Holocaust" of 0.6 billion). Yet Anglo-American mainstream media will simply not report atrocities such as the World War 2 Bengal famine or the ongoing Muslim Holocaust, presumably because such reportage would diminish perceptions of First World "civilization" [7].  While Anglo-American mainstream media will simply not report politically-sensitive realities such as the horrendous under-5 infant mortality due to the "War on Terror", they are happy to report "untrue assertions" by Establishment warmongers, most notably the pre-invasion UK-US claims of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction (WMD), Iraq-Al Qaeda links and of imminent Iraqi threats to the World. A simple way of assessing this extraordinary mainstream media lying by omission and commission is to do a Google search for the general phrase "under-5 infant mortality" (result: 650 URLs) and for the phrase "weapons of mass destruction" coupled with the specific word "Iraq" (result: 3,900,000 URLs). The post-1950 under-5 infant mortality totals about 0.9 BILLION for the world; all but about 25 million of these deaths have occurred in the non-European world; and about 90% of this carnage has been avoidable [6, 7]. Yet what is arguably the greatest CRIME in human history is essentially not reported by UK-US mainstream media. Conversely, the same Anglo-American media that lie by omission over global infant mortality have given saturation coverage to one of the costlier LIES of history (Iraqi weapons of mass destruction) that has so far been associated with 0.4 MILLION avoidable deaths in post-invasion Occupied Iraq. When words fail we need new ones{mosgoogle right} When words fail in this Orwellian New World Order we need new words (neologisms). No less a person than President Bush has popularized at least 2 quasi-neologisms (actually mispronunciations, or "mispernunciations" to some), namely "nucular" ("to do with atomic nuclei") and "disassemble" (which we are assured means "to not tell the truth"). It is clear that we need proper neologisms for the new kind of official lying that is endlessly propagated by egregiously unethical Anglo-American mainstream media - media that compound their dishonesty by non-reporting (non-reportage) of immense human mortality realities i.e. holocaust denial. Smarter practitioners of official lying often qualify their assertions by saying "we are reliably informed" or "according to expert intelligence". Even more insidious officials violate the scientific principle that "you cannot prove a negative" by statements such as "there is no evidence that Iraq does not have weapons of mass destructions, that aliens have not landed etc". Such a crucially needed neologism for "spin-based untruth or unsubstantiated assertion" is "SLIE" from which one obtains "SLIARS SLYING by telling SLIES". A gentler set of neologisms refers to the typically British Establishment "blather-based untruths or unsubstantiated assertions" and yields "BLIARS BLYING by telling BLIES". 
Well-known recent "slies" include assertions of Iraqi WMD, Al Qaeda links, imminent threats to the world, mobile germ warfare factories and uranium supplies from Niger. However it is apparent that the extraordinary Administration and media obfuscation and "spin"over 9/11 also warrant description as "slies". Thus Mike Moore famously departed from the official "spin" on 9/11 and the "alternative media" have widely canvassed a variety of "alternative" assessments of the tragedy.
