I saw on TV a big hole in the ground, that was a restaurant in Iraq, before it was hit by a US smart missile, the US forces there thought Saddam was dinning at the restaurant, he wasn't, all there killed, was that OK, either way? If an occupying nation fails to supply the resources for hospitals, medicine and food. And blow up targets without thought for the innocent.
