MUMBAI 7/11 & WTC 9/11 - HISTORY IGNORED & HISTORY REPEATED?

Professor Michael Chossudovsky (Professor of Economics, University of Ottawa, Canada) has described the close links between the CIA and Pakistan’s intelligence service ISI. USA-Pakistan links date right back to Partition – the US picked up the British baton, and Pakistan went down the route of US military alliance, military coups, de-democratization and genocide (in nascent Bangladesh). India trod a non-aligned, democratic path with even-handed links with the West and the Soviets.

Professor Chossudovsky has concluded: “According to the Indian government intelligence report (referred to in the Times of India [9 October 2001]), the perpetrators of the September 11 attacks had links to Pakistan's ISI, which in turn has links to agencies of the US government. What this suggests is that key individuals within the US military-intelligence establishment might have known about ISI contacts with the September 11 terrorist "ring-leader" Mohamed Atta and failed to act.” (see: here ).

Nearly 5 years on, evidence is mounting for an even more horrifying hypothesis of active or passive involvement in 9/11 of people in the US military-intelligence establishment (e.g. consult Scholars for 9/11 Truth ).

Larry Chin has recently pointed out possible US intelligence ties to Mumbai 7/11 , asserting: “the prime suspects are “militant Islamic groups with ties to Pakistan.” What the mainstream press fails to report is the direct connection between the terrorist groups they name, and Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) -- a virtual branch of the American CIA. This in turn leads back to the same (alleged “al-Qaeda”) apparatus also responsible for the Bush administration’s 9/11 and other post-9/11 terror events.”

Chin details ISI-terrorist and ISI-CIA links and finally goes on to offer an explanation for the atrocity in terms of “resources”. Resource-hungry US is faced with extremely populous and economically burgeoning countries such as India (1.1 billion people) and  China (1.3 billion people) laying claim in the global market place to their fair share of OIL and other resources (the effect of this being already evident to Western consumers at the gas station). The solutions for the greedy US Establishment lie in anything from maintenance of acute endemic poverty (very successful in impoverished India and Pakistan) to radical depopulation through Pakistan-India war.

According to Chin: “breakout of war between Pakistan and India favors US geostrategy in a number of ways. The possibilities will undoubtedly be analyzed, in coming weeks and months ... Broadly, the collapse of the Indio-Pak peace process opens the political doors for new US military interventions on the Eurasian subcontinent, and a restrengthening of the US presence on the Eurasian corridor …The other geopolitical “games” that benefit from violence in India include the setup towards any military action in Iran, revived operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the continuing superpower chess games with China and Russia. The overriding long-term imperative for all nations, of course, is energy.”

Chin concludes: “A final sickening reality is that Anglo-American-Israeli “war on terror” aggression has (by design as well as unintentionally) fomented and unleashed real terrorism and “blowback” that can no longer be controlled. In the end, as was the case with 9/11, London 7/7, Bali, and every other post-9/11 “terror” calamity, we are left with another horrific tragedy. But we have also been handed a damning new evidence trail that leads to suspects in high places with means, motive, opportunity -- and geostrategy”.

Who knows? The clear beneficiaries from this atrocity – as from the 9/11 atrocity - are the US and its partner in Asian war crimes, Israel. The US and Israel have had the means, opportunity and motive (MOM). Indeed if it were down to ISI-linked terrorists (Kashmiris or Al Qaeda) or non-Muslim Indians (Indian Intelligence or pro-Israel Hindu extremists) this may well also mean American or Israeli complicity, respectively. Mumbai 7/11 may well have been a South Asian equivalent of 9/11 and similarly executed for reasons of US Establishment geo-political strategy.
