Zionism’s affect in Australia and the world

Israeli crimes, whether from state terrorism or organized crime, has been an untouchable area in Western democracies for decades due to the power of the Israeli lobby and its routine defamation of “anti-Semite” applied to anyone objecting to gross Israeli violations of international law, UN General Assembly and Security Council resolutions, International Court of Justice decisions, and international humanitarian conventions.

Statistics of the ongoing Zionist genocide in occupied Palestinian territory

  • 0.3 million post-invasion excess deaths
  • 0.2 million post-invasion under-5 infant deaths
  • 7 million Palestinian refugees in total
  • 85% of Christians have fled
  • 3,600 under-5 year old occupied Palestinians are passively murdered by the Israeli occupiers each year
  • an estimated 5,700 occupied Palestinians in general are passively murdered by the Israeli occupiers each year
  • about 800 occupied Palestinians are violently killed by Israelis each year
  • 1.5 million occupied Palestinians (800,000 of them children) are incarcerated without charge or trial in what the Catholic Church describes as Israel’s Gaza Concentration Camp, a blockaded concentration camp that is policed by civilian-targeting military shelling, rocketing and bombing from land, sea and air by the war criminal Israeli Defence Force (IDF)
  • 2.5 million occupied Palestinians are similarly confined in ever-dwindling West Bank bantustans
  • while 1.5 million Arab-Israelis are subject to race-based Apartheid laws, the 4 million occupied Palestinians have no human rights at all

The core moral messages from the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million dead, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation) and from the more general WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy dead) are “zero tolerance for racism”, “never again to anyone”, “bear witness” and “zero tolerance for lying”. However, these sacred injunctions are grossly violated by Israeli Zionists and their Western backers.

Palestine Iraq Afghanistan
Post-invasion mortality rates 0.3 million 2.5 million 4.5 million
Post-invasion under 5 infant deaths 0.2 million 0.9 million 2.4 million
Refugees 7 million 5-6 million 3-4 million

Since the State of Israel imposes race-based laws on its indigenous subjects, it is accordingly appropriate to refer to it as “Apartheid Israel” or “the State of Israel” rather than as “Israel” because it inappropriately defames decent, humanitarian, Torah-observant Jews by linking them to horrendous Israeli crimes against humanity. Indeed, South African heroes in the fight against apartheid and racism (notably Jewish South African Government Minister Ronnie Kasrils, Nelson Mandela, and Archbishop Tutu) have described the State of Israel as an apartheid state. Even the founder of apartheid, Dr Henrik Verwoerd, has described the State of Israel as an apartheid state. Similarly, one must make a distinction between innocent religious Zionism (e.g. the Seder wish of “next year in Jerusalem”, a prayer for the arrival of the prerequisite Messiah) versus the Zionism exploited by anti-Jewish Anglo-American imperialism.

To support Zionism, Apartheid Israel and racist Western wars and occupations is to be complicit in 0.7 million non-violent excess deaths annually; the continuing perversion of human rights, humanitarian  values and rational discourse in the Western democracies; ignoring of worsening climate genocide (that may kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century through unaddressed man-made climate change); and egregious anti-Semitism through falsely identifying decent Jews with these appalling crimes.

We must actively decide what to believe: the authoritative opinions of a large number of humanitarian Jewish scholars and writers (from Professor Hannah Arendt to Professor Howard Zinn, whose views are echoed by Nobel Peace Prize Laureates Nelson Mandela, Jimmy Carter, Archbishop Tutu, Máiread Maguire, John Pilger, and  Mahatma Gandhi) or the propaganda of Zionist terrorists running Apartheid Israel. Law enforcement officers, MPs, media and other citizenry can take courage from articulate opposition by scholars and writers and the recent media revelations of how Israeli state terrorism flouts, for criminal purposes, the border protection laws of pro-Israeli Western countries (notably the UK, Australia and EU countries). For details refer to Jews Against Racist Zionism and Non-Jews Against Racist Zionism.

Consider the following opinion of a distinguished Jewish Israeli academic, Professor Avi Shlaim, Professor of International Relations at Oxford University, UK:

“The only way to make sense of Israel's senseless war in Gaza [2008-2009] is through understanding the historical context. Establishing the state of Israel in May 1948 involved a monumental injustice to the Palestinians … This brief review of Israel's record over the past four decades makes it difficult to resist the conclusion that it has become a rogue state with "an utterly unscrupulous set of leaders". A rogue state habitually violates international law, possesses weapons of mass destruction and practises terrorism - the use of violence against civilians for political purposes. Israel fulfils all of these three criteria; the cap fits and it must wear it. Israel's real aim is not peaceful coexistence with its Palestinian neighbours but military domination. It keeps compounding the mistakes of the past with new and more disastrous ones. Politicians, like everyone else, are of course free to repeat the lies and mistakes of the past. But it is not mandatory to do so”.

The recent atrocities perpetrated by the Israelis in Lebanon (2006) and in Gaza (2006 and 2008-2009) has prompted outrage from many Jewish and non-Jewish people worldwide, concerned about the humanitarian catastrophe from the Israeli war. Jewish American scholar, Prof. Jared Diamond, enunciated in the prologue of his best-selling book Collapse, the "moral principle, namely that it is morally wrong for one people to dispossess, subjugate, or exterminate another people"– an injunction grossly violated by Apartheid Israel and its alliance backers.

This catalogue of Israeli crimes has been prepared in the public and national interest as recommended by the extensive Australian Federal Government campaign exemplified by the refrigerator magnet card (still on my refrigerator): “Let’s look out for Australia. Protecting our way of life from a possible terrorist threat”. However, state terrorism (as exemplified by Israeli state terrorism) is vastly more deadly than non-state terrorism. As far as possible, this catalogue has been referenced to Jewish sources to minimize any conceivable plausibility of the inevitable canard of “anti-Semitism”. I should also add that my father was a Jewish refugee from Nazism and to my knowledge only about a dozen of my family survived the Jewish Holocaust.

The deliberate and routine flouting by Apartheid Israel of international laws, national laws, national border protection arrangements, and indeed what Catholic theologians describe as the natural law, puts  Australia at acute risk from Israeli state terrorism. Avoidable deaths in Zionist-backed US Asian wars now total about 10 million (1990-2010) compared to about 7,000 Westerners allegedly murdered by Muslim non-state terrorism in the last 40 years.

Urgent investigation of these serious concerns is required by the state police, the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Security and Intelligence Organization (ASIO) and other Australian agencies. Prevalent academic, political, and media obfuscation of these concerns raises the serious issue of Australians being accessories after the fact to Israeli Zionist threats to Australia.

The Zionists should be sidelined in the Western democracies as have like racist groups such as the Nazis, neo-Nazis and KKK. In Australia, Zionism has a major and disproportionate influence in academia, media and political life. Israel represents major threats to Australia and indeed to the world, particularly because they have become a nuclear terrorist rogue state that considers itself above international law and human rights conventions.  When there is any suggestion of criminality, law officers are obliged to resolutely investigate and prosecute with due diligence; the alternative makes our society an accessory to Zionist Israeli state terrorism. Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity.

The mistreatment and attrocities committed against the Palestineans (Creator's children) is unjust and unacceptable.

It can be further identified as the Palestinean Holocaust...All of Creators children are equal and the foremost teaching is love they brothers and sisters. Love is the key term.

  • R. Kamburov  - Read the history.

Gideon's article is not based on facts.
Lets look at some of the issues:

    1. Occupation

Do yourself a favor and have a look at the map of the area when it was occupied by the Ottoman empire. Then have a look at how this area has been partitioned off by Britain and France after WWII. You will see that north Africa and the Middle east got their independence during the 40's and 50's (Some as early as the 30's others as late as the 70's) Israel got it's independence in 1948.
In 1947 the UN voted to partition Palestine into a Jewish homeland and an Arab one. The Jews accepted it and created Israel, the Arabs rejected it and immediately began attacking the newborn state.
By the end of the war a lot of territory changed hands. Israel gained more ground, Jordan illegally occupied the West Bank and Egypt illegally occupied Gaza, something that no one objected to and no one spoke of occupation, legal or illegal.
At the end of the Six Day War in 1967 Israel was in control of the entire Sinai,(for the second time after the Suez Canal War in 1956, as a result of Egypt closing off the straits of Tiran... again, which is considered by international law as an act of war. They were shutting Oil supply to Israel from Iran, in the days before the revolution in Iran)the Gaza strip, West Bank and Golan Heights.
Israel was responding to Egypt's closing off the Straits of Tiran, as well as addressing the fact that it's Arab neighbors were preparing to attack Israel on all fronts.
Israel offered to return the land in the hopes of making peace but the offer was rejected by all Arabs. Refusing to accept the fact that they lost both the 1948 and 1967 wars, the Arabs have been insisting since then that the territories Israel conquered in what were defensive wars were "illegally" occupied.
THEY ARE NOT ILLEGAL. Their status remains pending until a final peace treaty is concluded.
    What does international law say?
A state acting in self defense has the right to seize, occupy and annex the aggressor's territory. To call Israeli occupation "Illegal" is inaccurate on both legal and moral grounds. Israel is one of the very few countries in history willing to return conquered territories for peace.
    What about the Geneva Conventions?
Article 2 of the Fourth 1949 Geneva Convention states that the convention will apply in the case of occupation "of a party by another party." The West Bank did not belong to any such "party" i.e a sovereign nation, it was under Illegal Jordanian rule at the time, therefore the convention does not apply. It follows that the West Bank is not occupied territory in law.
Despite this legal vacuum, Israel applies the provisions of the 4th Geneva Convention except when its security doesn't allow it.
What about real cases of illegal occupation?
Tibet - an independent country for centuries, brutally attacked and annexed by China in 1950. Illegal occupation to this day.
Western Sahara - a former Spanish colony forcibly annexed by Morocco in 1975. Illegal occupation to this day.
Cyprus - The Turkish army invaded north Cyprus in 1974 and has been occupying it ever since.
The disputed territories are legally occupied by Israel, who acquired them in defensive wars against the aggression of it's Arab neighbors.
The settlements, are they really the main obstacle to peace? No, Palestinian terrorism started long before the West Bank was occupied and became a disputed territory. Gaza and Lebanon have now proven that just giving the Palestinians the land they claim as their own, does not result in peace, on the contrary, it resulted in increased aggression and rockets flying into Israeli towns.

    2. Apartheid

I have lived in Israel and in South Africa. It is not Israel that is exercising apartheid but the Palestinians. Apartheid was the overly racist policy put in place by the South African government from 1948 to 1994. Through a web of laws, it prevented black people from living in white areas, inter-racial marriages and imposed unequal and unfair treatment in all aspects of life, from education to legal.
Does Israel act like an apartheid state? NO!
All Israeli citizens, including Arab Israelis, have equal rights under the law. Arab Israelis are able to vote and have members in the "Knesset" (Israel's Parliament). Whatever their religious affiliation, they can exercise them, have the same political rights and can form political parties. They can all benefit from an education and develop careers in any field they choose. Israeli Arabs are free to commingle with Jews and Christians and marry.
Where does apartheid apply? In most Arab countries, where institutionalized racist laws based on the Quran segregate against non Muslims. An apartheid like discriminatory is built in against women.

Scores of other countries all over the world treat their minorities in much harsher, (often lethal) ways than Israel is forced to treat Palestinians in disputed territories to maintain it’s security. To call Israel an apartheid state is to ignore reality and apply double standard against the Jewish state, while ignoring real cases of Apartheid in Muslim countries. And what of the fact that there are Arab Israelis living in Israel proper, but no Jew is allowed into Palestinian territories in Israel.
The division of Jerusalem allows for Arabs to move freely between the Jewish, Christian and Armenian sectors, but not the other way around. Who is practicing apartheid?

    3. Refugees

In 1948 650,000 plus Arabs fled the advance of Israeli troops. They were relocated to 59 refugee camps in Arab countries with less rights than the nationals of their host countries. After 60 years and four generations, they now number 4.5 million. 150,000 Arabs chose to stay in Israel and are now 1.4 million Israeli Arab citizens, with full equal rights like any other Jewish Israeli citizen. By the way, the argument of Israeli genocide against the Palestinians can be addressed here as well, how can Israel be exercising genocide if their numbers are increasing? After 1948, 750,000 Jews living in Arab countries were expelled and found refuge in Israel, where they were fully integrated. The 4.5 million refugees confined to 59 UNRWA camps in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq and Egypt can’t apply for citizenship, leave the camps, or develop careers. Syria was the only country that allowed limited citizenship to Palestinians, but not only did it discontinue doing so, it also canceled citizenship previously granted. Why was Israel, a tiny nation, able to assimilate and integrate all the Jewish refugees from the Arab states, but none of the Arab states allowed any of the Palestinians the same courtesy? Why must Israel assimilate them? These are people that are waging war against Israel and want to see them annihilated off the face of the earth. And what of the talk of compensating the Palestinians of their loss? What of the Jewish loss and compensation? UNWRA should be abolished, no other refugee, except for the Palestinian refugee, is granted compensation to it’s decedents as well.
While crying out to the world of the cruelty and injustices done to them, the Palestinians continue to live off the moneys given to them, year after year.
Are they actually capable of becoming a state when all they know is terrorism and inciting hate?

    4. Right of return

This is a fictional notion invented by Palestinians. There is no such concept in international law. No refugee in the world is entitled to a “right of return” Refugees are either relocated to other countries or allowed return after a peace agreement has been reached. The notion that 4.5 million descendants of Arab refugees be entitled to flood Israel is unrealistic. The United Nations General Assembly Resolution 194 dated December 11 1948 where right of return is mentioned, it should be noted that for one, the Arabs rejected it in 1948, second it is not part of international law, and third resolutions are suggestions, not binding or legally enforceable.

According to UNHCR definition, only the 650,000 refugees of the 1948 war should be called refugees, all others born in camps after wards do not qualify. However, according to ANRWA definition there is no end in sight as descendants are also called refugees. While 4.5 million Palestinian refugees are still stuck in camps since 1948, 135 million other refugees (Germans, Poles and other Europeans) have been relocated and started a new life since WWII with the help of UNHCR. When India and Pakistan separated, millions of refugees from both sides fled - no right of return. When Turkey invaded Cyprus, thousands of Greek-Cypriots fled from the north to the south - no right of return. There are no cases where right of return is invoked simply because it does not exist. The real solution lies in the Arab states granting citizenship to the Palestinians they are currently hosting as refugees.

    5. Israel as a colonial power

Colonial powers came from Europe, seized and exploited the colonies for their own benefit back home.
Israel is itself the result of the process of decolonization, like it’s neighbors Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Jordan.
All created by great Britain and France on the dismembered Ottoman Empire.

    6. One state solution.

This is not a solution, as Jews will be overrun by Arabs thereby loosing it’s identity as a Jewish state.
There is one Jewish state, how many Arab states can you name?

  • G. Martin  - More Lies

Thank you R. Kamburov. Sadly these truths that you explain here will likely go unnoticed by most while lies spread by Gideon Polya and others will be embraced.

So many things are actively promoted regarding Israel that a great many eagerly believe without any regard for truth.

No one seems to see even this one simple truth - Israel is not accusing anyone - even their enemies. They do respond but never actively accuse.

The Palestinians are constantly accusing Israel, and known terrorists are constantly accusing Israel. These same terrorists that are responsible for many people being killed, who easily and readily kill without remorse are believed above the Jews who even give aid to their enemies.

Jews who even did leaflet drops, mass SMS broadcasts and other measures to warn Palestinian people in Gaza that they were coming to confront the terrorists who had fired over 10,000 rocket missiles into Israel. No other army has done this in the history of the world in an effort not to kill innocent people yet cold blooded killers are still believed.

Most often those who accuse are guilty of their own accusations.

The accusers of Israel deny the Jew's right to even exist and are leading the rest of the world in their own campaign.

    A bit of history:
When the Romans first conquered the land of Judah in about 100 BC they named the land the Roman province of Judah. The Jews rose up and expelled the Romans over 100 years later and reclaimed their lands - THEIR LANDS, not Arab lands, not Palestinian lands but Israeli lands, from the Romans and renamed it the Kingdom of Israel. No Arabs were fighting and dying to repel the Roman invaders, Jews fought and died.

In 70 AD the Romans amassed and reinvaded the Kingdom of Israel and conquered the land for the second time. At this time the Romans renamed it Palestine, or Philistine because the Philistines were ancient enemies of the Jews. It was the Romans who renamed this land.

Once again this was Israeli land, and the only occupants at that time were the Jews and the Roman invaders. The bedouin Arabs were yet a few hundred years away.

Not long prior to this, Jesus Christ was crucified as a Jew outside the Jewish capital city of Jerusalem. Not the Palestinian or Muslim capital or holy place, they were not even there at that time. The Jews had been there for about 1400 years already at this time and there has always been a remnant in the land to this very day.
