Richard L. (Rick) Snay was born and raised in Logansport, IN. He is a political activist and writer now residing in Indianapolis IN. His work has appeared in Etchings, a literary annual published by the University of Indianapolis, Steel Labor monthly and several Indiana newspapers. In April 2004 the Indianapolis Star asked Rick to write the "con" argument of the outsourcing debate for a Sunday Feature. In the fall of 2011, Rick was interviewed by WTHR-13 and WXIN-59 in Indianapolis as part of the local Occupy movement.
